2. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: MobilePay, VISA, MasterCard, and Direct Bank transfers.
The payment amount will be reserved/charged when your order is confirmed. For pre-orders or backorders, the amount may be reserved at the time of purchase and charged once the product is shipped.
3. Delivery
Orders are normally delivered within 2-3 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, stock availability, or external delivery partners. Customers will be notified in case of delays.
4. Returns & Right of Cancellation
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day you receive the product.
The product must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Certain services or custom-made products may be exempt from the right of cancellation. If applicable, this will be clearly stated before purchase.
5. Buyer’s Rights & Complaint Period

The complaint must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering the defect (within 2 months is always considered timely).
