2. Items Not Eligible for Refund
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
Custom-made or personalized items
Goods that have been opened or used and therefore cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons
Services that have already been fully delivered (if agreed upon)

3. Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
